Richard Ladd

Richard Ladd is an experienced professional currently serving as the Laser and Operations Manager at LaserAway since March 2016. Previously, Richard worked at the 110th TASMG CAARNG from May 2010 to March 2016 as a Non Destructive Inspector, providing inspection services for UH-60 Blackhawk, AH-64 Apache, and CH-47 Chinook helicopters using various methods including Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant, and Ultra Sonic testing. Additionally, Richard was employed at the 1106th TASMG CAARNG from April 2008 to March 2016, where responsibilities included maintaining and repairing electronics, weapon systems, and avionics on the AH-64 Apache helicopter, as well as repairing infrared and night vision sighting systems at the Electronic Equipment Testing Facility.
