Valen Anderson has a diverse work experience in different industries. Valen worked at Laserfiche from 2018 to the present, starting as an Instructional Designer and progressing to roles such as Senior Instructional Designer, Manager of Learning and Development, and currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development. Before joining Laserfiche, Valen was a Full-time M.S. Student and Candidate in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University from April 2018 to October 2018. Valen also served as a Simulation Technologist at Sidra Medical and Research Center from February 2015 to April 2018. Valen was a Regional Board Member (Middle East) at SimGHOSTS - The Gathering of Healthcare Simulation Technology Specialists from November 2015 to January 2017. Their earlier work experience includes being a Medical Simulation Technician at NorthShore University HealthSystem from June 2012 to October 2014.
Valen Anderson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Pepperdine University from 2008 to 2012. Later, from 2017 to 2020, Valen pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) from Boise State University. Prior to these degrees, Valen obtained a High School Diploma from the American School of the Hague between 2001 and 2008. Additionally, Valen has obtained certifications in Laserfiche Gold Certification from Laserfiche in November 2019 and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, although the specific month and year are unknown.
