Jonas Gründig

Jonas Gründig is currently the Head of Finance at Laserhub. Prior to that, they were with Fair.com from July 2018 to March 2020, where they were the Manager of Treasury. In this role, they led a team of Treasury Analysts focused on weekly funding operations and bank reporting. Jonas also fostered strong relationships with Credit Suisse, Barclays and Ally Bank as part of Fair's portfolio of asset-backed warehouse facilities. Additionally, they negotiated, validated and modeled definitions of loan and security agreements, and instructed a team of software engineers on how to operationalize and subsequently automate Fair's credit facilities.

Gründig was also responsible for managing the annual external audit of Fair's consumer credit facilities by Protiviti, as well as designing a system to alert the data engineering team of data inconsistencies. Additionally, they took the lead on funding related aspects in the planning of Fair's international roll-out.

Prior to their role as Manager of Treasury, Gründig was with Fair.com as a Sr. Financial Analyst from January 2018 to July 2018, and as a Financial Analyst from December 2016 to December 2017.

Before joining Fair.com, Gründig worked on their Master Thesis at Tesla from April 2016 to November 2016. Jonas also worked in Financial Services at Tesla from September 2015 to November 2016.

Their manager is Adrian Raidt, Managing Director & Co-Founder. Jonas Gründig works with Anton Tsuji - Head of Marketing, Rui Felgueiras - Head of Engineering, and Verena Rauch - Head of HR.
