Demian German

Demian German has a diverse work experience in finance roles. Demian is currently working as the Director of FP&A at Lasko Products, where they lead all aspects of FP&A for select business units. Demian'sresponsibilities include incorporating financial models and analysis into key business decisions, supporting financial reporting deliverables, and partnering with business unit leaders. Prior to this, Demian worked as a Finance Manager of FP&A at FXI, where they supported the retail business unit and collaborated with sales management on customer profitability and pricing. Demian also reviewed business unit P&L performance on a monthly basis. Demian has also worked at AmeriGas, where they held various roles including Manager of Pricing Execution, Region Manager of Pricing Analysis, Manager of Pricing Administration, Supervisor of Financial Analysis, and Senior Financial Analyst. In these roles, they led teams, developed pricing strategies, managed margin performance, supported field operations, and provided financial reporting and analysis. Demian began their career as a Financial Analyst at Geisinger, where they completed the month-end close process, prepared financial package schedules, and maintained trend reports.

Demian German completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Energy Business and Finance from Penn State University, graduating in 2012. Demian then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies in 2015.
