National Account Sales Manager at Lasko Products

Randy Heaton has a diverse work experience in sales and account management spanning over several companies. Randy began their career as a Field Salesperson at Regal Ware, Inc in 1985, where they achieved recognition for outstanding service and opened over 200 new accounts. Randy then joined The Pillsbury Company as a Retail Sales Representative and Account Manager, responsible for managing sales at small and medium-sized chains. Randy later became the Supermarket Sales Director at Aisenstein and Gordon, Inc, where they grew the business from $1 million to $10 million.

In 2002, Randy became a Managing Partner at Distinctive Advantage, LLC, providing sales representation and marketing solutions to trade partners. Randy then established their own company, R&N Sales and Marketing, LLC, where they generated $10 million in revenue by developing trade partnerships.

Moving on to larger roles, Randy served as the National Account Manager at Lasko Products, Inc from 2007 to 2018. Randy managed a wide range of national and regional retailers, including handling internet accounts. After that, they became the National Sales Manager at NATION WIDE PRODUCTS, LLC, leading product development, new business opening, and existing account management for major customers.

Currently, Randy holds the position of National Account Sales Manager at Lasko Products since 2020, where they play a key role in managing national accounts.

Randy Heaton completed their high school education at Methacton High School from 1976 to 1979, earning an academic degree. Randy then pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management from West Chester University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Business Administration/Management in 1984. During their time at West Chester University, Randy also had the opportunity to consult for the Small Business Institute of PA.
