Walter Riess

Walter Riess has extensive experience in various roles in the finance industry. Walter worked as the Group CFO/CIO at Lasselsberger Group starting in November 2006. Prior to that, they had a long career at Investkredit Bank AG, where they held positions such as Leiter Unternehmensfinanzierungen, Stellvertretender Leiter Unternehmensfinanzierungen, and Kundenbetreuer from 1991 to 2006.

Walter Riess completed their Matura (secondary school leaving examination) from BG/BRG Amstetten between 1977 and 1984. Later, they pursued higher education at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and obtained a Magister degree in Betriebswirtschaft (with a focus on Controlling and Banking) from 1985 to 1990.
