Siobhan O'Rorke has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Siobhan started their career in 2012 as the Founder & Operator of Karlsresource, a guidebook targeted at English-speakers in Karlsruhe. In 2014, Siobhan joined Axonic Informationssysteme GmbH as the Marketing and Communications Manager for Lookeen, where they successfully implemented innovative SEO strategies and increased organic traffic to their site. Siobhan then moved on to Zenkit in 2016, where they held multiple roles. As a Marketing Manager, they developed their marketing strategy, managed web and social media content, and led customer service efforts. Later, they became the Director of Customer Success, focusing on research, developing scalable strategies, and ensuring delightful customer experiences. Most recently, Siobhan joined Lassie in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager.

Siobhan O'Rorke completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management, Operations Management and Decision Sciences from the University of Sydney from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, in 2008, they attended Beijing Language and Culture University for a short duration and obtained a C3 Level in Chinese Language and Literature. From 2000 to 2007, Siobhan attended Island School, Hong Kong for their high school education. Siobhan completed their A Levels in Psychology, Biology, Philosophy, and Religion, along with AS Level Mathematics. Additionally, in August 2016, Siobhan obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
