Kaitlyn Kilgore Russell

Kaitlyn Kilgore Russell, MBA has a diverse work experience in the wine industry, starting from their role as a Consignment Assistant at Christie's Fine Art Auctioneer in 2013. Kaitlyn Kilgore then worked as a Market Researcher at Customer Growth Partners from 2009 to 2014. After that, Kaitlyn served as a Visitor's Center Representative & Museum Docent at The Hess Collection Winery and as a Hospitality Team Lead at Monticello Vineyards. In 2015, they became an Estate Ambassador at Larkmead Vineyards. Kaitlyn then took on the role of Consumer Direct Manager at Venge Vineyards in 2016 before founding Liberty Wine Consulting, where they served as the Founder until 2020. Kaitlyn Kilgore further expanded their expertise in the wine industry as a MBA Strategy Intern – Consumer Research & Business Development at Babylist in 2019. From 2020 to 2021, Kaitlyn worked as the Director of Marketing at Wineshipping. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing at Last Bottle Wines starting in 2022.

Kaitlyn Kilgore Russell holds a Master of Business Administration - Full-Time MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied Marketing, Behavioral Economics, and Strategic Management from 2018 to 2020. Kaitlyn Kilgore also earned a Bachelor's Degree, cum laude, in Art History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2010 and 2014. Kaitlyn has a Full Immersion Study Abroad experience in La Storia dell'Arte – Etruscologia from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2012. Kaitlyn Kilgore obtained their High School Diploma from New Trier High School in 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kaitlyn has achieved several certifications, including being a Certified Sake Advisor from the Sake School of America (expected year of completion: 2023), a 100+ Varietal Member from the Wine Century Club (obtained in 2020), and a Certified Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers (obtained in 2015).
