Senior Director Implementation And Improvement Science at Last Mile Health

Lisa Hirschhorn has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of medicine and healthcare. Since 2016, they have been serving as a Professor of Medical Social Sciences at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. In 2018, they joined Last Mile Health as the Senior Director of Implementation and Improvement Science. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2016, they held various roles at Harvard Medical School, including Faculty Member, Associate Professor of Medicine, and Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Director of Implementation and Improvement Science at Ariadne Labs, and from 2008 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality at Partners In Health.

Lisa Hirschhorn has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Harvard University, which they received in 1981. Lisa then attended Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine. In 1990, Lisa pursued further education at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in 1992.
