Kelyan Fernández de Zuazo Vélez is a purchasing engineer and recruiter at LAST TOUR. Kelyan has been with the company for 4 years and 4 months. Kelyan also established partnerships with different brands, such as Estrella Galicia, Txakoli Astobiza, AV Plus, Crew Spain, and Swyn Forkbeard.

Before their role at LAST TOUR, Kelyan worked as a human resources recruiter for 8 months. During this time, they were responsible for recruiting the staff that was needed for the company's different events, such as Azkena Rock, BBKLive, Barcelona Beach Festival, Kutxa kultur Festibala, Bime, and Bilbao Hallowen Fest. Her duties included studying the demand for personnel that was needed for the events and searching for candidates. Kelyan also informed all employees of their work schedule and the position they would be playing. In addition, they managed the necessary procedures with the State Public Employment Service before and after the events. During the events themselves, they accredited the workers and supervised their work while also reallocating them depending on the demand of the public.

Before their work in human resources, Kelyan worked in the operations department at Avis Budget Group for 8 months.
