Hannah Wells, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hannah started their career as a Fitness Front Desk Attendant and later worked as a Spa Concierge at the Biltmore Hotel from June 2013 to July 2014. In 2015, they joined Wilson Hospitality as a Marketing Research and Development Intern and later transitioned to the role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator from February 2016 to April 2016. Hannah then moved to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and served as a Front Office & Housekeeping Manager from May 2016 to May 2017. In 2017, they joined IST Management and held multiple roles, including Recruiting Assistant and National Sales Recruiter. From May 2018 to July 2020, they served as the National Director of Training and Sales Recruiting. Hannah then joined BeyondTrust in September 2020 as a Sales Enablement Coordinator and later became a Sales Enablement Program Manager in July 2021. Their most recent position is at LastPass, where they currently work as a Sales Training Program Manager, starting from September 2022.

Hannah Wells, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Environmental Sciences from The University of Alabama, where they completed their studies in 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications. In August 2018, they completed a program called "Creating a Military Spouse Hiring Program" at the SHRM Foundation, and in August 2020, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI.
