Paul Voan is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in web development and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Web Development at LastPass since June 2025, Voan previously held the role of Director of Engineering for Web Development & Platform Services at Roku from June 2014 to December 2024, overseeing a team responsible for the architecture and evolution of various web applications and platforms. Prior to Roku, Voan was the Director of Engineering for Career Services at Chegg Inc., managing a diverse remote engineering team and contributing to the development of the national Career Center product. Voan has also held significant positions at Netflix, including Director of UI Engineering and Customer Service Engineering, and has co-founded Voyij, a travel meta-search engine.
