Arne Schadt

Arne Schadt serves as the Director of Strategy and Group Development at LAT Nitrogen since November 2022 and has held the position of interim CTO. Prior to this, Arne Schadt worked at Borealis from March 2011 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Manager of Strategy & Group Development for LAT Nitrogen, interim CTO, and Asset Development Manager. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Lurgi, Inc. (April 2001 - March 2006) and Process Engineer at ROSA AG (October 1997 - March 2001), as well as a brief tenure at ABB as a Master's Student. Arne Schadt completed a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Chemical Process Technology at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from January 1991 to December 1996, with a diploma thesis focused on SNCR vs SCR technology in waste incineration plants.
