Fabien Letin

Fabien Letin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Reward at LAT Nitrogen since July 2023. Previously, Fabien held the position of People Reward Manager and Country HR Manager at Borealis from March 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Fabien was a Global HR Business Partner for the Financial Institutions Business Unit at IDEMIA and served in various HR roles at Borealis, including HR Business Partner and Area HR Generalist. Earlier experience includes positions at Total as Communication Manager & Local HR Specialist, at the Ministère du Budget as HR Officer, and in recruitment roles at PSA Peugeot Citroën and Aures Conseil. Fabien holds a Master's degree in HR & Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, a Master 1 in Organizational Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, and a Bachelor's degree in Law, Politics & Social Sciences from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
