Human Resources Director EMEA And Asia Pacific at LATAM Airlines

Felipe Ferreira began their work experience in 2009 as a Production Supervisor at Sadia. Felipe then served as a Corporate Management Specialist at Grupo Lactalis from 2011 to 2012. Felipe then worked as the Head of People, Financial and Management at Alta Rail Technology from 2012 to 2013. Felipe joined Le biscuit S.A. (Vinci Partners) in 2013 as a People and Management Manager until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they joined LATAM Airlines, first as the Organizational Development, Talent and HR Projects Manager Brasil from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they served as the Global Organizational Development Manager from 2017 to 2020. Felipe then became the Human Resources Director for EMEA from 2020 to 2021, and subsequently took on the role of Human Resources Director for EMEA and Asia Pacific from 2021.

Felipe Ferreira has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began their undergraduate studies at Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, where they pursued a degree in Food Engineering. Felipe successfully completed this program in 2009.
