Helen Warner

Helen Warner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the aviation and commercial sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel for North America, the Caribbean, and Asia at LATAM Airlines Group S.A. since July 2006, Helen has demonstrated expertise in corporate legal matters. Prior to this role, Helen served as General Counsel for North America, the Caribbean, and Asia at Bailey & Dawes LLC, where responsibilities included civil litigation and trial strategy. Additionally, experience includes public relations work for the Arturo Char Senatorial Campaign, overseeing marketing and community programs. Helen holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, as well as a BBA in Finance from Florida International University and a diploma in Air Law from the IATA Training Center & Development Institute.
