Victor has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, working in various roles such as head of Latin America Prime Brokerage Sales at Merlin Securities and Founder and Former Head at HFA LatAm Chapter. In their current role, they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of LatAmAlternatives, a company that provides alternative investment solutions to institutional investors.

Victor Hugo Rodriguez pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universidad 'Santa María' and later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering equivalent from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
