Joseph McCallay

Joseph McCallay began their career in 2007 as a Home Computer Specialist II at Circuit City. In 2008, they became a Crew Supervisor at Inside/Out Home Services. In 2010, they were a Master Technician at Appliance Solutions, Inc. In 2013, they became the Owner of Texas Appliance Professionals. In 2015, they were a Support Manager- Night Operations at Lowe's Companies, Inc. In 2018, they were a Market Manager at Homee, and in 2019, they were an Operations Manager at Latchel. At each position, they learned different skills, such as leadership, data-driven analytics, writing with effective intent, patience, soft skills, and salesmanship.

Joseph McCallay attended Alvin Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Law Enforcement with a field of study in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Joseph also obtained a Basic Peace Officer certification from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement in August 2009. In 2017, they continued their education at WGU Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations in 2018.
