Santiago Clemente

Santiago Clemente has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2014, they worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's for a few months. In 2018, they joined Natura &Co as a Commercial Planning Intern, where they analyzed sales performance and implemented strategies to improve sales. Santiago continued to progress within the company, working as a Commercial Planning Analyst and then as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, responsible for budgeting and financial projections. In 2021, Santiago became an FP&A Supervisor at Natura &Co, where they presented financial performance to senior management and evaluated investment projects. In 2023, Santiago joined Latent Knowledge as a Growth Consultant, and later became the Director of Growth.

Santiago Clemente completed their education with specialization in banking and finance by obtaining a Master's degree from Macquarie University from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Buenos Aires, where they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from 2012 to 2020. Their high school education was completed at St. Brigid's College from 2007 to 2011, where they received a degree with an accounting orientation. In addition to their formal education, Santiago Clemente obtained certifications in various programs. Santiago completed the Incubator - Design Thinking Program from Macquarie University in September 2022 and obtained the IELTS certification from Cambridge University Press & Assessment in October 2021.
