Nate Schickler

Nate Schickler is a skilled software engineer with a diverse background in full-stack development, architecture, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Latent since March 2024, Nate previously co-founded Culture and held the position of CTO, where Nate successfully architected a multi-platform application that facilitated event organization and planning, leading to a seed funding round. As a Software Engineer at Puzzle, Nate developed UI and APIs for financial data integration and created a scalable system for accounting events. During Nate's tenure at Ridgeline, Nate architected a full-stack GIPS-Composites management system and contributed to performance reporting. Nate began development work at Cornell App Development, leading backend development for an award-winning navigation app, and gained early experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Beautycounter, delivering critical features for an eCommerce platform. Nate holds a degree in Information Science from Cornell University, where noteworthy contributions were made to technology solutions for various projects and internships.
