Shiraz Ritwik

Shiraz Ritwik is the Business Head at LatentView Analytics. Shiraz was previously with Fractal Analytics from May 2018 to November 2020 where they were a Principal and drove personalization initiatives for Fortune 50 Telecom, Financial Services and Retail organizations. Prior to that, they were with Opera Solutions from March 2010 to December 2017 as the Director of Advanced Solutions where they worked with large customer-facing organizations to deepen their engagement with millions of customers. In their previous role as Practice Director, ITO at Everest Group from October 2005 to March 2010, they played a leadership role in firm-building activities (including recruiting, training and practice development).

Shiraz Ritwik has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and an I.S.C. from St. Francis College. Shiraz also has certification from Coursera in Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Machine Learning.

Shiraz Ritwik reports to Rajan Sethuraman, CEO. They work with Rajan Venkatesan - Chief Financial Officer, Parijat Banerjee - Business Head, and Sanjay Annadate - VP & Business Head, UK & Europe.
