Jennifer Verardi

Jennifer Verardi has a diverse work experience. Jennifer worked as a Customer Happiness Specialist at Later from 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they founded Jennifer Dawn Designs in 2018, where they designed and created apparel and jewelry. Jennifer also has experience as a Freelance Designer and Actor, with a focus on communication and storytelling.

From 2014 to 2018, Jennifer worked at Shopify, first as a Shopify Merchant Success Guru and later as a Merchant Support Team Lead. Jennifer also worked as a Merchandiser at Shoppers Drug Mart from 2011 to 2014.

Jennifer has freelanced as a Graphic Designer for various organizations, including King's Town Players, McMahon's House of Flowers Inc, and Domino Theatre.

In addition to their design work, Jennifer has experience working as a Standardized Patient at Queen's University from 2008 to 2010, where they acted as a patient for medical training purposes. Jennifer also worked as a Copy and Print Associate at Staples Business Depot, Copy and Print Center from 2008 to 2009, where they managed customer orders and provided exceptional customer service.

Jennifer Verardi completed an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from St. Lawrence College from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Drama and Film at Queen's University from 2006 to 2008. In 2019, Jennifer became a Mindfulness Practitioner through Udemy Alumni. In 2020, they pursued Social Media Marketing at BrainStation.
