Melissa Motyka has extensive experience in customer experience and marketing roles. Melissa is currently working at Later as a Senior Manager of Customer Experience since February 2023. Prior to that, Melissa worked as a Manager of Customer Experience at Later from January 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Later, Melissa worked at Invisor Financial Inc. where they held multiple roles. Melissa was a User Experience Manager from May 2019 to January 2021, a Marketing Manager from August 2017 to May 2019, and a Marketing Associate from April 2016 to August 2017.

Melissa's earlier work experience includes a role as an Executive and Communications Assistant at Munich Re Canada from March 2015 to April 2016, and a Communications Intern at Munich Re Canada from May 2013 to August 2014.
