Samantha Steeves has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 at Jump Plus+ Apple Premium Reseller as an Administrative Assistant & Sales Associate/Trainer. Samantha was responsible for creating purchase orders, taking inventory, managing costs, training adult learners on Apple software, and building relationships with buyers.

In 2015, Samantha joined Shopify as a Customer Success Guru, where they helped solve technical issues for merchants, offered marketing advice and business coaching. Samantha excelled in communication skills, explaining difficult technical concepts to merchants using approachable language, and actively listening and sharing knowledge to promote their success. Later on, they became a Support Team Lead at Shopify, creating a culture of trust and accountability, developing coaching plans for employees, managing projects, and achieving desired outcomes.

In 2017, Samantha started their own venture as the Owner and Artist at Withwyrd Creative. Samantha managed their business and utilized their artistic skills.

In 2018, Samantha joined Later as a Customer Happiness & Escalated Support Specialist. Samantha played a key role in scaling the bug escalation process, addressing and prioritizing user-reported bugs, and writing informative content for user inquiries. Samantha also managed an issue hub to ensure the team had the necessary information to support users.
