Wendy Boone Jaikaran has extensive experience in the legal recruiting field. Wendy has worked at Lateral Link since 2015, starting as a Director and later being promoted to Senior Director and Managing Director of the Texas Market. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Principal at Lateral Link. Wendy's responsibilities at Lateral Link involve legal recruiting for law firms and in-house groups, serving clients ranging from law firms to Fortune 500 companies and financial services firms. Prior to joining Lateral Link, Wendy worked at Lucas Group as a Senior Partner, specializing in attorney recruiting for national and regional firms in Texas. Wendy received the "Rookie of the Year" award during their time at Lucas Group. Before transitioning to legal recruiting, Wendy worked as an IP Litigation Associate at Goldstein & Lipski PLLC (formerly known as Goldstein, Faucett & Prebeg LLP) from 2005 to 2011.
