Alberto Anaya

Alberto Anaya is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and management. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Laterlite since March 2011, Alberto focuses on sales structure implementation in Spain. In addition, Alberto founded Reingéniate in January 2015, a company dedicated to professional orientation and personal development for engineers, emphasizing skills related to emotional intelligence and leadership. Previously, Alberto held key roles such as General Sales Manager at Fosroc from June 2007 to January 2011, Commercial Director at maxit from January 1997 to July 2006, and Operations General Manager at General de Producciones y Diseño from November 1992 to December 1996. Alberto began a career in project management at Sevilla Service from January 1990 to October 1992. Educationally, Alberto holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and further qualifications in coaching and positive psychology from IE Business School and Escuela Europea de Coaching.
