Alice Anderson

Alice Anderson is currently a Senior Development Manager at LaTerra Development, having previously worked as a Real Estate Development Manager at LMC, A Lennar Company. With a background in real estate private equity, Alice has experience in all stages of multifamily development, including underwriting, entitlements, pre-construction, construction, lease-up, stabilization, and disposition. Alice also has experience in real estate capital markets analysis from their time at EY, where Alice contributed to buy-side, sell-side, and capital & debt advisory for high-value real estate investments. Prior to that, Alice held roles in business development and as a summer analyst, showcasing a diverse skill set in the real estate and finance industries.
