Megan B. Dean, CPCM has over 13 years of experience in the government contracting industry. In 2008, they began their career as an Executive Assistant at Maybank Industries, where they were heavily involved in Government Contracts and GSA. In 2011, they moved to Metal Trades, Inc. as a Contracts/Business Development Manager and was promoted to Director of Contracts and Business Development in 2012. In 2012, they also began working at Secure Mission Solutions as a Contracts Administrator, where they worked with SPAWAR and the ARMY and tracked contract values, change orders/modifications, and participated in some negotiations. In 2021, they established Asset 2 Assist Consulting, LLC, a small, woman-owned business that offers consulting in business development specific to government procurement and acquisition. Most recently, in 2022, they joined LATG Inc. as a Federal Contracts Project Manager/Government Contracts Manager.

Megan B. Dean, CPCM has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from Roanoke College, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Megan B. also studied English Language and Literature, General at the University of East Anglia between 2003 and 2004. In 2010 and 2012, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Government and Commercial Contract Management from Villanova University.
