Kristi Dolbec

Kristi Dolbec has extensive experience in leadership roles within the human services industry. Kristi started their career as the Director of Day Habilitation at Transitions Centers, Inc. in February 2019, where they successfully oversaw and managed the day-to-day operations of the program. In May 2021, they transitioned to the role of Director of Programs at TRANSITIONS CENTERS, INC, where they continued to excel in their responsibilities. Kristi recently joined Latham Centers, Inc. in May 2023 as the Director of Human Resources, where they are currently utilizing their expertise to lead the HR department. With a strong background in program management and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, Kristi is a valuable asset to any organization in the human services field.

Kristi Dolbec completed their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the Van Loan School at Endicott College from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Elmira College between 2005 and 2009.
