Tim Rezendes has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Tim worked as a Business Development Director at Latham & Watkins, where they drove global business development efforts for the Technology Industry Group. Prior to that, they were a Principal Member at Emerging Leaders Syndicate, making venture capital investments in early-stage B2B vertical industry and PLG market disrupters. Tim also served as an Enterprise Sales Director at PERSUIT, a Legal RFP SaaS platform, where they applied their extensive legal, tech, and GTM experience to deliver high-impact outcomes to clients. Before that, they worked at Osborne Clarke as a VP, Legal & Business Development, where they advised fast-growing US tech companies on international expansion and led business development efforts in Silicon Valley, London, and New York. Tim Rezendes also have experience as an International Expansion Advisor at Tech City UK, where they supported the growth of London's tech startup ecosystem and drove international growth opportunities. Tim also worked at the Department for International Trade (DIT) as a Vice Consul, assisting venture-backed tech companies expanding into Europe. Tim'searly career includes working as an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank, where they advised tech startup founders on growth planning and implementation as a commercial real estate broker in Silicon Valley.

Tim Rezendes has a Juris Doctorate degree in International and Corporate Law from Santa Clara University School of Law. Tim also holds a BA in Global Business from the University of Southern California. Moreover, they have pursued studies in International Law and Policy at the University of Amsterdam. Furthermore, Tim is certified to practice law by the New York State Bar Association.
