Eonis Cibrian Pelayo

Eonis Cibrian Pelayo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, advocacy, and program management. Currently serving as the Programs and Impact Director at the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley since August 2022, Eonis is responsible for planning and designing organizational programs while overseeing staff adherence to budgets and contracts. Previous roles include Manager of Programs at the same organization, where Eonis developed pilot programs for civic engagement and economic mobility, as well as various positions at the Community Services Agency of Mountain View and Los Altos, culminating in the role of Director of Community Relations and Advocacy. Eonis has also contributed as a Board Member for Human Agenda and has a background in behavior intervention. Eonis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Human Rights from San Jose State University and a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
