Pavel Pacheco

Pavel Pacheco is an experienced technology manager specializing in broadcasting and IT infrastructure. Currently serving as the Gerente de Tecnología de Televisión at Latina since March 2015, Pavel focuses on restructuring operational processes for efficiency and revamping technology change roadmaps. Previously, roles included Jefe de Red de Difusión e Infraestructura TI, where responsibilities encompassed budget preparation and project management for technological renewal. At Auna, Pavel held the position of Gerente de Área de Infraestructura TI, overseeing IT infrastructure projects and support services. Earlier experience includes positions at COLP SAC as a Network and Server Engineer and at IBM del Peru S.A.C. as Command Center Coordinator. Pavel's educational background includes a degree from Universidad de Lima, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
