Alma Islas

Alma Islas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, operations, and leadership roles, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Oracle since June 2016. Throughout the tenure at Oracle, Alma has also held positions such as Global Deployment Manager and Process Manager for Global Sales Operations, while co-founding and leading the Oracle Latinos Alliance. In addition to work at Oracle, Alma is the Marketing Communications Lead for Latinas in Tech since November 2022 and has experience as a Customer Experience Intern at Red Ventures. Alma co-founded and serves as President of the Next Generation of Women Leaders, showcasing a commitment to mentorship and empowerment. Alma earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
