Priscilla Dominguez is a Campus Sourcing Recruiter at Amazon since July 2022, holding various leadership roles within the Latinos@PXT Chapter, including Vice President, focusing on community support and career development for Latinos in the People Experience and Technology sectors. Additionally, Priscilla serves as a Podcast Host & Producer for "Daughters: An Audio Diary of Daughters Across the World," addressing themes of parentification and intergenerational trauma. Priscilla participates in multiple initiatives including the Latinas in Tech Mentorship Program and acts as a Music City Platinum Ambassador for the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. Past experience includes roles at Google, NYC Department of Education, and volunteer work with tnAchieves. Priscilla's academic background encompasses a Master of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as degrees in Advertising and Public Relations from Syracuse University.

Latinas in Tech is a non-profit organization with the mission to connect, support and empower Latina women working in technology. Today, the group is comprised of more than 25,000 women, representing more than 15 countries, working at more than 200 technology companies.
