Rafael Fulton Fernandes, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rafael began their career at LANXESS as a Supply Chain professional in 2017, focusing on logistics and business development. In 2018, Rafael joined Lenovo, where they held various positions, including North America Order Fulfillment Specialist, North America Customer Fulfillment Specialist, and Global Senior Customer Fulfillment Advocate. Rafael then advanced to become a Global Project Manager and later a Senior Global Project Manager. Rafael also displayed leadership skills by assuming the role of HOLA Latinx/Hispanic ERG Chair. In 2022, they joined ISLA NC as a Board Member and Latinas in Tech as Chapter Vice President. Rafael's experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, supply chain, and community leadership within the tech industry.

Rafael Fulton Fernandes, PMP has a Bachelor's Degree in Project and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. Rafael also completed the Degrees for Success program at Dale Carnegie Training in 2022. Additionally, Rafael holds a certificate in TrendsInnovation from Ecossistema Inova. Rafael participated in an Exchange Program at the University of Hamburg, where they studied Economics and Political Science. Rafael's education also includes a Technical High School degree in International Business from Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro.

In terms of additional certifications, Rafael obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2023. Rafael also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in October 2020. Rafael has a Business English Certificate from the University of Cambridge, and they hold the Deutsches Sprachdiplom B2/C1 from Colégio Visconde de Porto Seguro.
