Terra Heinzel-Nelson

Terra Heinzel-Nelson is the Northern Colorado Program Manager at LATINO COALITION FOR COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP since March 2022. Prior to this role, Terra worked as an Interim Program Manager at Center for Employment Opportunities from January 2019 to February 2022. Terra managed a team, tracked and reported data for grants, and utilized Salesforce for decision making. Additionally, as a Retention Specialist, Terra provided case management to participants on parole/probation, recorded case notes, and initiated success celebrations. Terra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
