Alison Beck Yonas has a wealth of experience in finance and strategic investments. Alison started their career at The World Bank in 1997, working in the Private Sector - Latin America division. In 1999, they moved on to the Inter-American Development Bank's Microenterprise Unit. In 2001, they joined the Annie E. Casey Foundation as a Consultant, focused on coordinating the Baltimore CASH Campaign. In 2005, they joined the Latino Community Credit Union, where they held various roles, including Director of Financial Management, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Development and Strategic Investment, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategic Investments.

Alison Beck Yonas has a diverse and impressive education history. Alison holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Finance, General from The Wharton School. Prior to their MBA, Alison attended Duke University, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology and Spanish.
