Gerardo Diaz de Leon currently serves as an Executive Member at the Latino Corporate Directors Association and as a Member of the Board of Directors for the International Executive Resources Group, both since 2024. From 2007 to 2022, Gerardo held various senior leadership roles at PepsiCo, including Senior Vice-President and Executive Committee Member, where significant achievements included the development of a new Regional Operating Model for Latin America and leading a successful business transformation in the region.
