Monique Navarro is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in advocacy and community engagement. Currently serving as the AVP of Marketing and Communications at the Latino Corporate Directors Association since January 2019, Monique focuses on increasing the representation of US Latinos on corporate boards. In addition, Monique is the Ambassador for The United State of Women in El Paso, Texas, and the Founder of Women's March El Paso, which aims to promote social and economic justice. With a background in campaign coordination at organizations such as Common Cause and El Paso Rising, Monique has actively contributed to voter rights initiatives and community improvement projects. Monique holds degrees from The University of Texas at El Paso in Public Administration, Communication and Media Studies, and Multidisciplinary Studies.
