Juan Zabala

Juan Zabala is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management, real estate development, and community service. Currently serving as a Real Estate Asset Manager at Enterprise Community Development since March 2023 and a Realtor at Compass since March 2013, Juan also holds significant roles as a Managing Partner at Zabala Development Group LLC and as a Small Business Coach and Loan Officer at the Latino Economic Development Center. Committed to promoting affordable housing and economic development, Juan has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Berks and the Berks County Latino Chamber of Commerce. Juan holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
