Lucia L. is a Program and Curriculum Specialist at LatinxEd, with extensive experience in educational equity and youth development. Prior roles include serving on the Student Leaders Selection Committee at Bank of America, supporting literacy initiatives as an Elon Year of Service Graduate Fellow, and conducting qualitative research on Latinx migration and identity development while an undergraduate researcher at Elon University. Lucia has also contributed to various leadership and advocacy roles on campus, including membership in the President's Student Leadership Advisory Council and presidency of the Latinx/Hispanic Union. Currently pursuing a Master of Education in Education Policy and Leadership at American University, Lucia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and French from Elon University, along with a minor in Latin American Studies.
