Toms Blate

Toms Blate has extensive experience in the real estate valuation sector, currently serving as a Valuator at Latio Real Estate since March 2018. Prior to this role, Toms held the position of Valuator Assistant at Ober Haus Real Estate Latvia from June 2002 to March 2018, where Toms also worked as a Valuator at SIA Ober Haus Vērtēšanas serviss during the same timeframe. Toms holds a Bachelor's degree from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University).
