Ray Padron

ay has been the Corporate Safety Director for Latite Roofing & Sheet Metal since 2006. Ray attended Palm Beach State College where he studied business administration. He also received his state roofing license, which marks a high point in his career.

Ray transitioned to safety in 1999 to make a difference and educate new workers about the hazards of roofing. In 2019, Ray was awarded Safety Professional of the Year by the Ft. Lauderdale Safety Alliance and his peers. He is an FAA licensed drone pilot.
