Mark Ferrari

Mark Ferrari is the current Principal at Latitude Information Security. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare information technology field. Mark started their career in the United States Air Force where they served as a Missile Combat Crew Commander and Flight Leader. After their time in the Air Force, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst and Project Manager for Shared Medical Systems/Siemens Healthcare. In 2006, they transitioned to Main Line Health where they served as a Project Manager for six years. In 2012, they became a Principal Consultant for Siemens Healthcare and held that position for two years. In 2014, they took on the role of Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for BluePrint Healthcare IT (now Intraprise Health). Mark held that position for four years before taking on their current role as Principal at Latitude Information Security.

Mark Ferrari has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University. Mark also has a Master of Science in Emergency Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Mark is certified by DRI International as a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and by (ISC)² as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Mark is also certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as an Emergency Medical Technician and by (ISC)² as a HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP). In addition, they are certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
