Mariana Donahue

Mariana Donahue is a Labor & Employment Attorney at Latitude Legal, where employment commenced in April 2024. Prior to this role, Mariana gained experience as a Human Resources professional at Vitol Group from February 2020 to March 2022, and as a Labor & Employment Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP between January 2017 and August 2019. Mariana’s early career included positions as a Legal Writing Tutor at the University of Houston Law Center and a Summer Associate at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP. Additionally, valuable judicial experience was obtained as a Judicial Intern for Justice Harvey Brown at the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas and for Judges Carlos Villa and Linda Chew at the El Paso County District Court. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Houston Law Center and a bachelor’s degree in Government and Spanish, along with Pre-Law Studies from New Mexico State University, complemented by the SHRM-CP Certification in Human Resources Management from Rice University.
