Kendric McDonald has been working in the industrial solutions and automation industry since 2022, when they began their current role as an Industrial Solutions Architect, IoT & Automation at Latium Technologies. Prior to this, they were a Journeyman at Aluma Systems (2022), Foreperson at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services (2020), Journeyman at Node Scaffold Services (2019), Leadhand at IPAC Services Corporation (2019), Foreman at EXCEL SCAFFOLDING SERVICES LTD (2019), Foreman at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services (2018), Journeyman Scaffolder at RNS Scaffolding (2017), Journeyman Scaffolder at Brock Group (2017), and Foreman at Safway Group (2015).

Kendric McDonald has a diverse educational background. Kendric completed a High School/Secondary Certificate Program at Three Oaks Senior High from 2005-2008. Kendric then went on to earn a Diploma in Architectural Technology/Technician from Holland College from 2008-2010. Afterward, they obtained a Scaffolder Certificate from the Carpenter Millwright Trades College in 2010. Most recently, they earned a diploma in Project Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) from 2018-2020. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Project Management, Project Leadership, Architectural Technologist, and Journeyman Scaffolder.
