Roxane Shahmohammadi

Roxane Shahmohammadi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Associate Director at Latour Capital since March 2020, Roxane has progressed through various roles including Senior Associate and Chargée d'affaires. Prior to this, experience includes M&A Analyst roles at Rothschild & Co from August 2017 to March 2020 and an M&A internship at Rothschild & Co (formerly Paris Orléans) earlier in 2016. Roxane's career also includes a Strategic and Acquisition Finance internship at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 2015. Roxane holds a double-degree Master in Economics from HEC Paris and Università Bocconi, and is pursuing further education at the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. Early education was completed at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève.
