Ammar Akkad, MSc, is currently the CS Supplementary Operation Team Lead at LATRO, where responsibilities include overseeing the development and delivery of auxiliary services, driving innovation, and managing technical challenges. Previously, in the role of Charging System Operation Specialist, Ammar implemented business continuity and disaster recovery plans while conducting maintenance and testing. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Information Systems Specialist at Syriatel Mobile Telecom, focusing on business configuration and system maintenance. Ammar holds multiple Master's degrees in Management of Business, Innovation & Technology from the University of York and Athens Tech College, an MSc in Web Science from Syrian Virtual University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Automation and Control Engineering from Damascus University.
