Seona Conway

Seona Conway is currently the Head of People & Culture at Latrobe Health Services. Previously, Seona held the title of Principal at Soda Consulting Group and Director at The Leadership Conservatory. Before that, Seona was the General Manager Organisational Excellence at Latrobe City Council. Seona also has experience as an HR Advisor at Edison Mission Energy and as a Personnel Officer at MYER. Seona obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Industrial Relations, Human Resources, and Economics from the University of Melbourne.
