Sarah Wass Phr

Sarah Wass, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Sarah has worked at Latshaw Drilling since 2012, starting as a Recruiter and progressing to roles such as Workforce Manager and HR Manager. In their current position as HR Director, Sarah oversees all HR functions for the company. Sarah is responsible for maintaining staffing levels, hiring, and scheduling for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Additionally, Sarah has experience in recruitment and internship roles at Cox Communications and as an Academic Counselor at the Center for Student Academic Support.

Sarah Wass, PHR, SHRM-CP began their education at the University of Tulsa in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. This four-year program was completed in 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Sarah continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2009 to 2011.
